Today we want to show you 8 tips, which will make you achieve your goals through a series of decisions that will help empower them, in your workouts with electrical stimulation.

1- Choose the best training center:

When you made the decision to start a training program, you projected an image of what you wanted to achieve and, probably, how you would feel about it and during the process.

When choosing your training center, look for the one that has that atmosphere you need. It must be a place that you want to go to, that when you think about the idea of ​​going to train you feel motivated. Many people say that their training center or gym is their place of disconnection while others do not even go often enough to make a difference.

If the latter has ever happened to you, surely you have thought that it was not your time or that the gym is not for you. The most likely is that you base your choice of center on the inappropriate criteria (thinking that you will minimally analyze the center and its services).

Today the offer in the fitness-wellness sector is huge and there are services that cover the needs of the vast majority of the population. This advice is not focused on the knowledge and technical skills of the coach (fundamental aspect and that we presuppose the professional), but the confidence that you transmit as a client and the personal bond that is created between you.

If there is a certain chemistry or affinity between you, your adherence to the training program, your motivation and consistency when caring for your habits will be greater.

It is not necessary that you develop a friendship, it is about having enough complicity and that it transmits the necessary confidence so that their advice does not fall on deaf ears.

If you want to start a training program with electrical stimulation because you believe that the results will come alone and without any effort on your part, we regret to tell you that you are wrong.

If you are in this situation, we recommend that you review your schedule, decide on the days and times you can reserve for training and mark it as a sacred event of your week. Book them out a month in advance. Plan to workout, plan to see results. It is proven that following a planned training routine is much more effective than an unplanned one. It is almost impossible to plan a training that is highly effective if the coach can not plan the breaks and the periodicity of the same. In addition, setting regular appointments will help you establish the habit of training.

Another thing that you must consider is that if you do not organize your weekly training you will be failing the previous weeks hard effort already achieved, you are not committing yourself, to yourself. Nor are you giving priority to this process of change and thus, it will be difficult to achieve the results you desire. 

5- Improve your life habits, improve your health.

As we discussed earlier, electrical stimulation will be a great ally in your training program and will help you achieve better results in less time. 7- Flee miracle diets, especially those that prohibit carbohydrates.

A food plan has to be designed in a personalized way by a qualified professional. The peculiarities of each person will be taken into account, both their tastes and their physiological or health characteristics.

That is why we should NOT follow a diet downloaded from the Internet or recommended by a friend, for good results that promises.

Training with electrical stimulation has high energy requirements, especially carbohydrates. Therefore, if we want to control their intake to improve our body composition, we recommend that a professional evaluates each case and makes the appropriate decisions.

At a general level we recommend that you take vegetables, at least 2 times a day, that you drink between 80-128 ounces of water a day and that you flee from the ultra processed foods.

8-If you have trouble going to train, train as a group!

It is very common that, after a few days of motivation, begin to cost a little more to put on your shoes and go to the gym. If you have already been in this situation, the solution may be to join a collective activity.

There are many centers where the EMS is integrated into collective classes or training groups.
